You can find a wide selection of used trucks, used vans and used trailers or semitrailers from all manufacturers, of all types, with all bodies and of any age, at TruckStore. Perform your search for used trucks, used vans and used trailers or semitrailers. |

Can I be informed as soon as my ideal vehicle has been added to the database?
Simply save a Search Request . We'll check all newly arriving vehicles for you to see if they match your search criteria. You'll then be informed by e-mail if your ideal used truck, van or trailer arrives. Set up your Search Requests for used trucks, used vans and used trailers or semitrailers. |
Can I save preferred search settings?
Yes. In Advanced Search or in the search result, click on „Set up Search Request“Your search criteria will then be transferred directly to a new search request. Then, from the Search Requests page, you can perform a search with your search criteria at any time. |
I don't receive e-mail notifications for my search requests.
This may be for one of two reasons: - The e-mail notification has expired: Simply access the overview of your Search Requests and reactivate e-mail notification for your search request.
- If you've changed your e-mail address on this website, we deactivate all e-mail notifications until you've confirmed the change to us for reasons relating to security. In order to do this, open your mailbox and open up the e-mail which we sent you. Confirm the change of your e-mail address by clicking on the specified link. E-mail notifications for your search requests will then be reactivated.

What's the Pick List and how can I use it?
You can add the truck, van or trailer which you are interested in to your Pick List. You can retrieve these vehicles again at any time while you´re logged in to the TruckStore website. In order to add a vehicle to the Pick List, click - on icon
 in the right-hand column in the search result or - on the "Add to Pick List" link beneath the photo in the view of the vehicle.
Please note: If you want to permanently save picked trucks, vans or trailers and still find them on your Pick List when you visit our website again, you must log in. |
My vehicles aren't saved on my Pick List.
The Pick List can save the vehicles permanently only if you log in. If you're not logged in, the vehicles are deleted again as soon as you quit our website.

What advantages does registration give me? Registration is free of charge and simple and doesn't involve any obligations. If you're a registered user, you have a personal start page (My TruckStore) with which you can make your search far easier. You can then, for instance, permanently save up to 10 vehicles on your Pick List or have us inform you by e-mail as soon as a vehicle which meets your search criteria arrives. |
When do I get my password? We'll generally send you your password directly. But if there are any hitches on the Internet, you may receive your password only a few hours later. |
I've registered but haven't received a password by e-mail.
If you've not received a password from us, you may have misspelt your e-mail address when you entered it. Please try to register again.

What's Quick Login? You can save your e-mail address and your password on your computer with a cookie to make it easier for you if you call pages Pick List, Search Requests or User Profile. You'll then remain logged in until you log out again, if you disconnect your connection to the Internet, close your browser or switch off the computer. |
I can´t get Quick Login to work.
In order to be able to use Quick Login, your browser must allow cookies to be saved. Please refer to the Help function of your browser to find out how to do this.

How can I change my personal data?
Log in and go to My TruckStore, section User Profile. This allows you to change your registration data, your password and your e-mail address at any time. |
Is my stored data secure? We encrypt your data when it's transferred to us so that no one can read or change your data. We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for this. This means that your data is very secure. |
How can I delete my user account with TruckStore again?
Log in and go to My TruckStore, section User Profile. This allows you to delete your user account with all data again.
