How to enable JavaScript

Follow the instructions in Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  • Click on "Tools" in the menu bar.
  • Choose the "Internet Options" menu item.
  • Choose "Security" in the menu bar in the popup window displayed.
  • Then click on "Custom Level". You’ll see another window.
  • Activate all three options under "Scripting" by clicking on them.
  • Click on "OK" to close the window.
  • Click on "Refresh" in your browser’s "View" menu item.

Firefox

  • Click on "Tools" in the menu bar
  • Select "Options"
  • Click the tab "Content"
  • Select the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox
  • Click the "OK" button
  • Click on "View" in the menu bar and choose the "Reload" menu item

Why JavaScript?

JavaScript is a script language which allows HTML pages to be extended with interactive elements. This lets us provide you with a broader service. For instance, JavaScript makes the Search functions easier. JavaScript is now supported by almost all browsers.
