We buy-back used commercial vehicles (vans and trucks) made by Mercedes-Benz and of other makes from our customers (also as part of a trade-in deal for a new Mercedes-Benz van or truck).

The buy-back procedure is very simple. It is sufficient to fill out a form that is available on our web site with the basic data regarding the vehicle offered for buy-back and send it to TruckStore. You will receive our offer within 24 hours. Our assessment is of course preliminary in nature and is not binding for either party. It is prepared under the assumption that the technical condition of the assessed vehicle is satisfactory and in proportion to its age and kilometrage. Should you find the buy-back price satisfactory, we will perform a detailed assessment. You will receive a binding buy-back offer in writing.

Should you accept our offer, in order to facilitate the transaction you will find a list of necessary documents below that must be supplied with the vehicle:

1. Sale invoice: Data that should be present on the sale invoice: vehicle make, type, model, vehicle type (truck, car etc.), body number, engine number, registration number, year of manufacture, engine cubic capacity, number of seats, gross weight rating, payload, complete vehicle curb weight, body color, type of fuel

All data must agree with the vehicle's registration and title book entries, while the seller's data must agree with the entries in the company's documents of registration.

For instance, if the vehicle has been redeemed from a leasing contract and is sold without transferring it, the invoice should contain the following endorsement:

"vehicle purchased from ... (company name), not transferred"

2. If the vehicle had been bought-back from another company and was not transferred – a notarized purchase invoice with the signature of the buyer/invoice recipient and the selling company's documents of registration, as listed below

3. vehicle registration including the vehicle inspection certificate valid for at least 4 months from the date of sale

4. vehicle title book with updated entries

5. compulsory third party liability insurance certificate valid for at least 4 months from the date of sale

6. notarized copy of the seller's company registration document (National Court Register number or entry into the Register of Business Entities)

7. copy of the buyer's company National Business Registry Number (REGON) allocation

8. copy of the buyer's company Tax Identification Number (NIP) allocation

9. original certificate stating that the vehicle in question is not subject to a bank or court lien
