TruckStore offers completing of all formalities connected with import or export of vehicles from within or from outside the EU.
We may, upon the client's request, buy a specified vehicle from a given seller abroad.
This is a service which is primarily directed to those of our clients who are interested in financing the transaction.
While completing this kind of transaction we collect all the necessary documentation and complete the formalities required as well as perform the required services.

As for the vehicles imported from within the EU:

• original sales invoice,
• original foreign vehicle registration documents and sworn translations of these documents (documents appropriate for the country of origin).
• technical inspection – Single Vehicle Approval Certificate,
• delivery to a specified TruckStore location in Poland (vehicle insured during delivery),
• number plates (if any),
• recycling fee (for vehicles with total permissible weight < 3.5 t).

As for vehicles sold to other EU member states:

• original sales invoice,
• original vehicle documents,
• deregistrating a vehicle registered in Poland, upon the client's request,
• export number plates, provided upon the client's request,
• delivery to a specified location within the EU.

As for the vehicles imported from outside the EU:

• original sales invoice,
• original foreign vehicle registration documents and sworn translations of these documents (documents appropriate for the country of origin).

• delivery to a specified TruckStore location in Poland (vehicle insured during delivery),
• customs clearance, paying the duty fees,
• collecting a certificate of origin from the vehicle seller,
• number plates (if any),
• recycling fee (for vehicles with total permissible weight < 3.5 t).

As for vehicles sold to clients from outside the EU:

• original sales invoice,
• original vehicle documents,
• deregistrating a vehicle registered in Poland, upon the client's request,
• export number plates, provided upon the client's request,
• delivery to a specified location (we arrange road and sea transport, storing in warehouses at customs offices, forwarding to ports as well as supply the insurance of vehicles being delivered),
• customs clearance, paying the duty fees,
• collecting a certificate of origin of a vehicle.

In particular cases we also perform non-standard procedures and we are very experienced in this field.
